How will I know if I won? 

If you are selected as a winner in one of our Giveaways, our Administrator, Marden-Kane, will contact you via the phone number and the email address you provided on your order/entry form to congratulate you and set a time for the delivery or pickup of your prize. You will never be asked to provide a credit card or payment as a condition of a prize award.


We DO NOT use social media to contact the winners of the Giveaways we offer on www.ownbosssupplyco.com. Please be aware of fake social media accounts pretending to be us and asking you for your information or saying that you have won. Our only social media account name is @OwnBossSupplyCo. If you feel that you've been contacted by someone impersonating us or an Own Boss Supply representative, please contact us at customerservice@ownbosssupplyco.com so our team can investigate. 

How do I know that my entries are submitted? 

Upon checkout completion, all entries are automatically submitted to the sweepstakes agency. Each and every order placed within the contest period is entered to win. There is no need to create an account or complete any further actions once checkout is completed. Whether you place one order or multiple orders, all entries will be tied to your name and contact information!

What are your official social media accounts?

I entered the wrong address on my order, what do I do?

Please contact us ASAP at customerservice@ownbosssupplyco.com and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Items are usually processed and shipped within 5-9 days, although due to nationwide shipping carrier delays we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please note that although our website may provide shipping and delivery time frames, these are only estimates and delivery may be impacted by order volume, inventory and more. Our in house team personally packages every order in the order they are received. We we will contact you with a tracking number as soon as it is available and appreciate your patience during this time. 

Do you accept returns? 

All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds as each product is made to order. Once an order is placed, your contest entries are automatically and immediately submitted to our sweepstakes company and cannot be withdrawn. We cannot tamper with the entries for the giveaway vehicles.

Do you accept exchanges? 

We welcome all exchanges! Any item you would like to exchange for another size or style must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition. Customer is responsible for shipping it to Own Boss Supply LLC and shipping charges for the new product. You can exchange merchandise for any item or items of equal value, or you may increase and pay the cost increase. We cannot approve any downgrade that would result in a refund. Contest entries cannot be altered or rescinded.
